Incorrect Patient Count in CMS139

      Hi,

      This is regarding the patient Nicholas_Matthews in CMS139. According to Cypress, the patient is counting in the Denominator, but when the patient data is checked, the patient has only one Encounter in the year 2015. There are two files for the patient, but the second one does not contain any data.

      Please let us know how this patient is counting in the Denominator. I am attaching all the files.
