We have been seeing a sporadic issue where the QRDA1 documents generated from the cypress test deck only contain the entry for the payer and nothing else. This issue seems to be restricted to duplicated patients and seems to only occurs once per generated test.

I attached the 2 QRDA1s we got from the Cypress test deck for this patient as well as a screen shot from Cypress testing tool displaying a potion of the data Cypress is expecting to receive in the QRDA1 i upload back into the tool. Because of the missing data this patient is not exported from my application and is reported as a missing QRDA1 during the validation phase. This also affects my QRDA3 testing as this patient is omitted from the summarized QRDA3 result.

Is this a potential issue with the method of generating the QRDA1 test deck in Cypress?
