If the reporting period is 90 days, then the measurement period would also be 90 days. This may result in measures that cannot be accurately computed, but since 90 day reporting is used only to attest, this data would not be used for quality measurement.

What is considered to be the 'measurement period' for facilities that are using the 90-day reporting period? Is the measurement period also 90 days?

CQM-1016 For 2014, and MU Y1 the rpt pd is 90 days. CQM-160 contains three 4-month populations with a total of 1 year. How will EPs report for a 90-day pd? For full year rpt pds, will they select one 4-month pd or will they report for each 4-month pd?
