Unable to design screen - can't determine # of input boxes
For payment year 2014, and MU Y1 the reporting period is 90 days. CQM-160 contains three 4-month populations, with a total of 1 year. How will EPs report for a 90-day period? For full year reporting periods, will they select one 4-month period or will they report for each 4-month period?
