"Starts before or during" (SBOD) and "Ends before or during" (EBOD) exist in HQMF R1 as only inverted time relationships ('Ends after start' and 'Ends after end' respectively). To get away from inverting time relationships and allow for something like SBOD and EBOD, HQMF R2 added two time relationships - "starts before end" (SBE) and "ends before end" (EBE) respectively.

QDM should drop SBOD and EBOD in favor of SBE and EBE.
