      eCQM Impacted – CMS951v2 and CMS951v3 (Kidney Health Evaluation)​

      Issue – Patients are not meeting numerator criteria if uACR results are non-numeric (e.g., null, unable to calculate, undetectable), due to level of albumin being below detectable limits in urine.
