Duplicate Patient Files having different Patient data on Cypress 3.2.0

      Hi,

      For CMS 130v5 Measure in Cypress Version 3.2.0:

      We are getting duplicate files with same patient name which have different patient data.
      One file contains 3 visits while the other contains only 1 visit. All the four visits in both the files are different. Please find details of one such patient here:

      Patient Name : Henry Ross
      Visits in file 1 : Date of visits - > 2016-03-01 17:00:00, 2016-07-01 16:00:00, 2016-12-20 17:00:00
      Visits in file 2 : Date of visit -> 2015-05-10 14:00:00

      Please suggest as what should be done in such a scenario.
