    • Inconsistencies in required taxonomies creates confusion and redundancy when trying to report in facility location.

The value sets used to define facility location in PN-6 use HL7/HLSOC taxonomy:

      • Attribute: "Facility location: Hospital Measures-ICU Locations" using "Hospital Measures-ICU Locations HL7 Value Set (2.16.840.1.113883.3.666.5.1083)"
      • Attribute: "Facility location: Hospital Measures-Non-ICU Locations" using "Hospital Measures-Non-ICU Locations HL7 Value Set (2.16.840.1.113883.3.666.5.1084)"

This is inconsistent with the other measures that also require facility location in their logic (VTE1, VTE2, PC05), which use SNOMED-CT as the standard. To keep in line with the ONC's recommendation to move SNOMED for ease of data exchange, should this measure also use SNOMED-CT to identify ICU vs. non-ICU patients?
