      Can you please provide guidance on proper mapping of the Dtap-Ipv-Hib-Hepb vaccine for Vaxelis specifically? We see this maps to CVX 146 but that requires a 4-dose scheduled, but on the manufacturer website they specify that this is a 3-dose vaccine. This is causing our physicians/APP to fail the measure because they are administering 3-doses for Vaxelis.
