The excel sheet required for manual verification (attached) requires the following entry for OB_A and OB_B patients for measures 0453 and 0528:

      OB_A
Procedure, Performed: Hospital measures-Joint Commission evidence of a surgical procedure requiring general or neuraxial anesthesia

      OB_B
Procedure, Performed: Hospital measures-Joint Commission evidence of a surgical procedure requiring general or neuraxial anesthesia

But, OB_A (Minnie Boone) and OB_B(Tamara Richardson) only has "General or Neuraxial Anesthesia" and not "Hospital measures-Joint Commission evidence of a surgical procedure requiring general or neuraxial anesthesia" in the QRDA file provided by the Drummond group.

Is this an issue w/ just the excel sheet prepared for manual verification?

On further considerations this is what we noticed:

The OB A patient Minnie Boone has a SNOMED code (108214006) and ICD 10 PCS code (3E030FZ). The snomed code falls under the value set 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.254 and icd 10 pcs falls under the value set 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.254 and 2.16.840.1.113883.3.666.5.1743). For another SCIP patient (SCIP A), the value set for the SNOMED code (173476009) is different but has the same ICD 10 PCS code. If you notice, even though the value sets for the snomed codes are different the icd 10 pcs are the same. Thus the ICD 10 PCS code falls under 2 different value sets. Why is this the case?
