The measure is not prescriptive as to what depression screening tool may be used, so the measure guidance provides a limited list of examples of standardized depression screening tools, which is the list that you referenced. These examples reflect a subset of all of the standardized depression screening tools that providers can use to conduct a depression screening assessment. We are not able to provide guidance on how you should or should not map assessments in your EHR, so we suggest consulting with your EHR and/or clinical partners to determine an approach to ensure that the occurrence of the depression screening and its positive or negative result is captured.
