Discrepancy in OIDs in delta_CMS_20130401 and CMS104v2

      Value set 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.292 is grouped by 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.293 and these two value sets are used by a large number of measures. Unfortunately they are both used in a similar fashion, which has led to some confusion that will be resolved through harmonization at the next annual update.

      Value set 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.292 is grouped by 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.293 and these two value sets are used by a large number of measures. Unfortunately they are both used in a similar fashion, which has led to some confusion that will be resolved through harmonization at the next annual update.

      As per delta sheet from NLM valueset authority centre the OID - 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.292 is removed from CMS104v2 however the value set sheet provided with the updated April measure has this OID and also the HTML file is using the same OID.

          Also it was seen that There are two OIDs for ED encounter - 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.293(VTE meaures) and 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.292(some STK AND ED measures)
