| Solution: | Value set 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.292 is grouped by 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.293 and these two value sets are used by a large number of measures. Unfortunately they are both used in a similar fashion, which has led to some confusion that will be resolved through harmonization at the next annual update. | ||||||||

As per delta sheet from NLM valueset authority centre the OID - 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.292 is removed from CMS104v2 however the value set sheet provided with the updated April measure has this OID and also the HTML file is using the same OID. |

Value set 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.292 is grouped by 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.293 and these two value sets are used by a large number of measures. Also it was seen that There are two OIDs for ED encounter - 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.293(VTE meaures) and 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.292(some STK AND ED measures) |
