Is there a list of CPT codes that count towards this measure? The is a list provided for the MIPS CQM version of this measure, but I have been unable to find anything for the eCQM version. An EMR vendor is counting Nurse Visits (99211) in the denominator of this measure, even though the visit doesn't require an Eligible Clinician. This CPT code isn't included as an Eligible encounter for the MIPS CQM version.
