      With the release of QDM version 4.1, the Patient Characteristic Expired was fixed to the SNOMED-CT code "419099009" and therefore cannot be further qualified with a value set. As a result, the Patient Characteristic Expired is not displayed in the Data Criteria section of the HumanReadable.html, however, as you indicated, the Patient Characteristic Expired template is appropriately included in the emeasure.xml.

    • It will affect QRDA 3 calculation,if we did not consider this template.So its important to get solution for this.
