      Hello,

      I work for the Cerner Corporation and we are developing software to electronically calculate the Proportion of days covered for measure D-12 (Medication adherence to diabetes medications). My question is how do you calculate the PDC if the patient is on multiple anti-diabetic medications? I attached a file with some of the examples in question.

      I need clarification on a couple of examples that were not covered in the technical document released https://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Prescription-Drug-Coverage/PrescriptionDrugCovGenIn/Downloads/2016-Technical-Notes-Preview-1-v2015_08_05.pdf
