      The date must be specific enough to indicate that the test was performed in the time period required by the measure. The may mean only the year is required in certain cases. In other cases, it may mean the month, day and year are required. In addition, if the measure requires a result, the result must be present.

      Cancer screening measures may be reported by PCPs who did not perform the screening. What is the minimum amount of information required to satisfy in terms of the date when the screening was performed. Is it just the year when it was performed, month and year, or does it require the actual date, month and year.
