Numerator condition it is written that cumulative days should ends after start of Occurrence A.
In other description medication should be active for 84-114 days following the prescription index start date.
There are two scenario which are possible.
1.Medication is active before 90 days for n numbers of day prior of occurrence A and after occurrence it is active for m number of days.
so what will be the cumulative days count
2.Medication will start after the occurrence A and we will count the 84-114 days after it.
Do we also count the days before 90 days of Occurrence A of medication dispense in cumulative days count for medication active so totals day will be #(N+M)
or
Only the days after Occurrence A of medication dispense(IPSD) so total count will be of #M cumulative days.
Medication is active before 90 days for n numbers of day prior of occurrence A and after occurrence it is active for m number of days.
