This Tiger Team will identify the pilot models, technology, and participants needed to demonstrate the efficacy of the documentation and approaches created by other tiger teams.

Tiger Team Deliverables

  • Develop a pilot project plan.

  • Document pilot models.

  • Develop efficacy measurements and approach documentation.

  • Coordinate, conduct, and/or share demonstration projects between EHR/HIE and payer end points to pilot implementations developed by other tiger teams.

Skills and Experience

  • Creating and managing pilots with payers and providers.

  • Engaging payers, providers, and other stakeholders as it relates to pilots.
