I am running into the issue of the zero denominator declaration not showing up on the submission status report again this year for hospitals that do not have patients in the demoninator for VTE2. How is this being handled? The submission status reports show VTE 2 as submitted. Our submission says successful. It looks like we resubmitted the files last year without VTE2 in the QRDA1 file but this makes little sense as you need to determine that there are actually no patients in the denominator.

How is successful submission looked at in respect to the zero denominator declaration and why am I not seeing my declaration transfer to the report if it is entered in Qnet?
