For eligible hospitals that switch EHR vendors in the middle of the reporting year (between quarters or in the middle of the quarter), can both vendors submit on the hospitals behalf?

Can both vendors submit QRDA 1 files for the same quarter same Facility/CCN? For example, patient encounter 1 is during the first part of Q2 (EHR 1) and encounter 2 during the second part of Q2 (EHR 2). Can Q2-QRDA files submitted by EHR 1 to include encounter 1 information, and Q2-QRDA files submitted by EHR 2 will include encounter 2 information?
