In CY 2023, Hospital eCQMs require a full calendar year to submit (4 quarters). Wanting to confirm for hospitals transitioning vendors mid-quarter that it is acceptable to submit the respective portions/encounters out of each vendor? 

Example:

EHR vendor 1 submits QRDA for portion of quarter prior to transition (1/1/23 - 2/15/23)

EHR vendor 2 submits QRDA for remaining portion of Q1 (2/16/23 - 3/31/13) along with remaining quarters Q3/Q4.

Wanting to ensure that having the same patient potentially in both vendor QRDA files for the same quarter that the transition occurs is acceptable.
