Discrepancy in QRDA 1 IG Extension for assessment performed

      Hi team,

      We observed that in the most recent version of QRDA1 IG, that is STU 5.3, under Assessment Performed (V4) steps, the Step4 has a discrepancy.
      i.e for template ID @root="2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.3.144" the extension is given as 2020-08-01 whereas it should have been 2021-08-01 instead.
