I have the following queries w.r.t. QRDA CAT I and CAT III

1. JIRA issue number QRDA-95 If I have different payers for a patient in the current reporting period (say primary, secondary, tertiary), among this which payer should be present in the submission QRDA Cat I file? If In case all the three payers should be present in them the id in Patientrole should be considered by keeping the reference of which one of these payers?

2. Where can we populate the admission source code for a particular visit in QRDA CAT I file?

3. JIRA issue number QRDA 124-As per the implementation guide for EH QRDA Cat I, Hospital Quality Reporting(HQR)Quality Reporting Document Architecture Category I- Version: 2.1 11/14/2013, it is mandatory to populate the supplementary elements like Race, Ethnicity, Gender code , Payer and Zip code. So in case these fields are null for patients what should be the default value that should be populated or should we mark that patient as not eligible for submission. Following are the sample default values

Race : Other Race, 2106-3
Ethnicity : Not Hispanic or Latino , 2186-5
Payer Source : OTHER , 349
Gender Code : Undifferentiated, UN

Question 1 and 3 have been posted on JIRA under the QRDA section but I haven't received any reply yet.

Kindly respond to the earliest as these are blocking issues.
