What enhancements can we make to the QDM to enable measure developers to model the concept of "prescriber" when it comes to medication? We know the 'source' attribute was supposed to be used for this concept but is the intent of that attribute understood in the implementer community? And what would be the appropriate value set (and code system) to model provider roles with?
