QDM Attributes for Encounter Performed Data Type

      QDM currently does not have the following attributes for an Encounter Performed data type even though they continue to be used in eCQM specifications:

      Start Date/Time
      End Date/Time

      A precise definition within QDM including acceptable EHR date time stamps is needed for these attributes which are likely to be different for Inpatient and Ambulatory face to face Encounters.
