The last numerator criterion was been revised to use the datatype "Communication, From Provider to Patient" instead of "Communication, From Patient to Provider".

Patient Test20 has an entry for "Communication, From Patient to Provider", and the expectation for the numerator has been changed to 0. Even though the measure logic no longer has any criteria using the "Communication, From Patient to Provider" datatype, Bonnie is failing the test case and including the patient in the numerator.
