The Bonnie team will perform monthly patient transfers between bonnie-prior.healthit.gov (QDM-Logic based Bonnie) and bonnie.healthit.gov (CQL based Bonnie) as well as between Bonnie accounts on bonnie.healthit.gov (CQL based Bonnie). Please submit your requests for an June transfer by 6/22. The transfer will be completed between 6/25 and 6/29.

Requesting a Patient Transfer
