May Patient Transfers from QDM-Logic Bonnie v1.6 to CQL Bonnie v2.1

      The Bonnie team will perform monthly patient transfers between Bonnie v1.6 (QDM Logic, bonnie-prior.healthit.gov) to Bonnie v2.1 (CQL, bonnie.healthit.gov). Please submit your requests for an May transfer by 5/18. The transfer will be completed between 5/21 and 5/25.

      Requesting a Patient Transfer

      To request a patient transfer from Bonnie v1.6 (QDM Logic, bonnie-prior.healthit.gov) to Bonnie v2.1 (CQL, bonnie.healthit.gov), please provide the following information:

      • Bonnie v1.6 account email address
      • CMS ID of measure on Bonnie v1.6
      • HQMF Set ID of measure on Bonnie v1.6 (see instructions below on how to find this)
      • Bonnie v2.1 account email address
      • CMS ID of measure on Bonnie v2.1
      • HQMF Set ID of measure on Bonnie v2.1 (see instructions below on how to find this)

      Your request should look like this:

      Finding the HQMF Set ID

      To find the HQMF Set ID, click the measure link on the measure dashboard page to navigate to the measure page.
