CQLIT-484 was opened to assist analysis of MADiE-2023

      Observations of MADiE behavior:
      d) Consideration as Measure Enhancement 4: If expected Initial Population and Measure Population = 1 then only 1 observation is displayed followed by exclusion labelled row.
If Initial Population and Measure Population > 1, then an additional row is added per observation followed by exclusion labelled row.
Developers must enter the Stratum expected IP and MP integers to match the General Population IP and MP to display the additional rows for subsequent encounters.  While the IP and MP would be queried, those encounters might not be part of the finalized stratum. This can result in a mismatch of expected vs actual results, as per b). This appears to be a tooling display issue. Question, is this the intended calculation outcome or just a requirement to display of the data?
