Our measure logic for measure observation 3 (Malnutrition Diagnosis) currently specifies that the prevalence period must overlap with the eligible encounter. However, when we test this with 2 encounters in 1 test case (the malnutrition diagnosis prevalence period ends before the start of the second encounter), the MO is incorrectly captured as completed (test case name is 113 2Encounters10050). Please advise.
