      Hello, 

      In reviewing the ED 2 a CV measures we noted some calculation issues (qualifying encounters and measure observations). Please see attached screen shots with comments.  ED2 is not currently in a CMS program so not high priority but glancing at other CV measures, it appears those may have calculation issues as well.
