MAT does not support QI-Core MedicationAdministration.effective Period or DateTime elements

      Bonnie FHIR supports the MedicationAdministration.effective DateTime and effective Period (see screenshot above), and aligns with the FHIR QI-Core R4 specification, but MAT does not appear to support the Period and DateTime elements.

      Is this a known misalignment between MAT and Bonnie, and if so, are there plans to resolve? This impacts our ability to develop and test our eCQM. Thank you.
