      eCQM Impacted – CMS529v1 (CORE Clinical Data Elements for the Hybrid Hospital-Wide Readmission (HWR) Measure with Claims and Electronic Health Record Data)

      Issue – Some hospitals do not have payer enrollment start and end dates; as a result, they cannot successfully identify Medicare patients with qualifying encounters based on the current measure logic, for 2023 Voluntary Reporting
