Based on conversations with hospitals we work with and evaluation of data available, enrollment start and end dates are frequently not available. Is it your expectation that hospitals begin documenting the enrollment start date and enrollment end date if not already doing so? I really doubt any hospital is entering enrollment end date. If these dates are not available, do you have a suggestion on how to proceed? Based on the way the logic is written, Medicare patients will not qualify for the IPP if dates are not available.
