      eCQM Impacted – CMS996v4 (STEMI)

      Issue – The ‘Thrombolytics Adverse Event’ value set (2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1170.6) does not include adverse reaction codes for reteplase and tenecteplase, because these SNOMED CT codes do not exist. This limits the ability to identify and report adverse reactions for denominator exclusions.
