I am having a problem on the surface similar as described in CYPRESS-688 except with Result codes.

Patient "Eye Adult B" has two entries for "Diagnostic Study, Performed: Macular Exam". One of the entries has a result "Level of Severity of Retinopathy Findings" while the other has a result "Macular Edema Findings Present". Both results are required present to meet the numerator of measure CMS167v4.

Further it seems both results need to be in the same Diagnostic Study. This satisfies all is distilled by the measure instructions where it describes a single exam:

"Patients who had a dilated macular or fundus exam performed which included documentation of the level of severity of retinopathy AND the presence or absence of macular edema during one or more office visits within 12 months"
