Implementation Problem
A test case was generated which included two HIV_Ped patients. Both patients met the IPP for CMS74 and CMS75 and were calculated correctly in our CAT III tests, but when submitting the CAT I files the validation reported "Cannot find expected entry with templateId = 2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.3.23 with valueset 2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.101.12.1001". Technically, the message is correct but an encounter was recorded using the code (185349003) under the value set 2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.101.12.1048. If I remove the previously mention encounter code and use a value from the ...101.12.1001 value set the validation reports that I'm missing a code from the ...101.12.1048 value set. I'm able to bypass the problem by adding duplicate encounters using both of the value sets. I somehow doubt that both values would be required. I've attached the results from the initial CMS74 CAT I test. Our previous test cases passed the validation, but this is the first time we've encountered an HIV_Ped. If it's of any relevance we recently updated our Cypress instance to 2.4.1.
