During our Cypress Cert Testing for CMS136v12 which is to verify that C1, C2 and C3 are Qualifying or Not, Cypress validation is throwing error due to count mismatch.

Expectation as per CMS spec Follow-Up Care for Children Prescribed ADHD Medication (ADD) 12.0.000 (healthit.gov) –

The patient should qualify for the numerator condition, and it is qualifying in our application, whereas Cypress is not expecting it to qualify.
