NQF 0018, GP Adult C is not qualifying in IPP. Specifications in IPP on diagnosis state that diagnosis is active and must have started before or up to 6 months after start of measurement. GP Adult C diagnosis starts on 7/1/2012 and therefore would not be in IPP?? We have referred to the implementation guidance document and the appendix A but are not clear.
