When importing the master patient 1 (RV 1) OB we are extracting the root code of 10745001 (and not the translation code of 11466000) from the ProcedurePerformed data element.  The root codes is in the value set for Delivery Procedures which is part of the IPP.  However, the translation code is part of the Caesarean Birth value set which is part of the Numerator.  In Cypress the patient is considered to be part of the Numerator, but we are not calculating the patient into the Numerator due to the absence of the C-Section procedure code.
