CMS124v11 and CMS2v12 : Data missing in Qrda1 archive for Assessment, Diagnosis, Intervention, Medication

      We noticed that the data entries for the following QDMs are missing from Qrda1 archive for several patients(for e.g. 1_Amber_King.xml) in CMS124v11 test deck. See the attached Qrda1 archive. 

      • Assessment Performed
      • Diagnosis
      • Intervention Performed
      • Medication Active/Dispensed/Order

      A similar bug was fixed recently but it was for a different measure and did not fix the problem in CMS124v11. See CYPRESS-2427
