      hi,

       

      On uploading qrda 2023 files on cypress for hybrid measure, there is an error of encounter act. as per the CMS IG of 2023 Encounter act has been retired, however there is an error on cypress for the same.

       

      The HL7 snapshot attached for Encounter performed.
