Hi Team,

Attached is a QRDA I file for CMS 529 which we were testing in Cypress vendor patients. It consists of CCDE for the Bicarbonate Laboratory Test with a result value of 0.

Our expectation is that since the measure just looks for the existence of a result attribute, cypress should report the CCDE for the Laboratory test for Bicarbonate is present, but cypress only reports it if a non-zero result value is provided.

Kindly clarify if there is any constraint on the result attribute for any of the CCDE elements to be a non-zero value and if so where can we find this information?
