CMS69v10 patient qualifying for numerator with intervention outside of MP

      We have a patient that was conditioned with intervention, order on 01/01/2023 (Authordatetime) to not meet the numerator for CMS69v10 based on the guidance from CMS. https://ecqi.healthit.gov/sites/default/files/CMS69v10_BMI_Measure_Guidance.pdf This patient is meeting the numerator when the QRDA I file validated in our Cypress testing for CMS69.

      1. Should the QRDA I include the intervention, order outside the measurement period?
      2. Is this a possible issue with Cypress v6.2.2.1?
