For Patient 0_Alicia_French of CMS22v11, Cypress patient, we see the below Encounter Performed Act which is not there in the guide for 2023 (Page 144 and 149) -  CDAR2_IG_QRDA_I_R1_STU_R5.3_2021NOV_Vol2. We see this across other measures as well. Can you please clarify?
