      In  the CDAR2_IG_QRDA_I_R1_STU5.3 IG is stated that Encounter Performed (V6) no longer needs to be contained in an Encounter Performed Act template. The Encounter Performed Act template is retired in this version of the IG. However, files created in Cypress 7.0.0 using Cypress bundle for the 2023 reporting period have the encounter performed act template entries, can you please clarify. Thanks
