    • Implementation Problem

As per patient 'A, Heart_Adult', for Encounter, Performed: Blood Pressure Visit (Code List: 2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.101.12.1056), 2 codes have been defined: 99202 (CPT) & 185349003 (SNOMEDCT). As per our understanding, either of the codes can be used for rules calculation.

While using quality bundle 2.1.1, when only the entry for the SNOMED code is made in the QRDAI, the cypress test passes successfully. However, if only the CPT entry is made into the QRDAI, cypress displays the following error:

Cannot find expected entry with templateId = 2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.3.23 with valueset 2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.101.12.1048

This issue does not arise when the same QRDAI is entered into the cypress application using quality bundle - 2.2

Could you please advise if this is an error with the 2.1.1 bundle and whether it should not be used for MU2 certification?
