eCQM 144 related query for 2022

      For eCQM 144

      For the below attached files, as per ONC output patient should be in IPP whereas according to us patient should not be qualifying for the IPP. The qualifying diagnosis is getting started and get resolved on the same encounter.

       

      David i tried to upload the files but its not allowing me to do and asking to contact Jira administrator.

      Please advise.
