Please see the attached QRDA1 file for CMS165v8. I am expecting Cypress 5.4.2 to return NUM=1, but it is returning NUM=0. This patient has a 3-day array of dates with blood pressure readings where the last day of the array has multiple readings where the lowest diastolic and lowest systolic would successfully qualify the patient for NUM for this measure. Below is an overview of the file's contents:

      Authored on 9/1/2020: Systolic=160, Diastolic=120
      Authored on 9/6/2020: Systolic=150, Diastolic=110
      Authored on 9/12/2020: Systolic=139, Diastolic=100 (18:42), Systolic=140, Diastolic=89 (18:44)

For the last day of the array, the lowest Systolic is 139 and the lowest Diastolic is 89, thus I feel the patient should be NUM=1.

Any insight into why Cypress is returning NUM=0 would be greatly appreciated.
